If you're not 100% satisfied with our 'ready-made' items you can return the merchandise within 28 days of receipt and we'll be happy to provide you with a refund.
As our personalised items are made entirely to you specifications please carefully check your order before it is placed as we are unable to offer refunds on personalised items. Please check your artwork carefully for 'typos' as your item will be produced exactly as you have typeset on screen. Please note colours will vary slightly depending on your screen resolution.
If you have received a faulty or damaged item please contact us at email@example.com at your earliest convenience so we can arrange a replacement. If we require the item to be returned we will of course refund the cost of return carriage.
To return an item please follow the steps outlined below.
- Please wrap your order carefully in its original packaging.
- Include your order number.
- Return to us by recorded delivery.
On receipt of your order (in its original condition) we will refund you the cost of the product excluding the initial delivery charge.
We ask you to return items using recorded delivery for your own protection as you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.
