On April 6 & 7, we hosted a series of two hour letterpress workshops dedicated to the work of Dutch avant-garde artist and typographer H.N. Werkman at our Portobello Road studio.
HN Werkman (1882-1945) developed his unique printing methods and avant garde typographic style using lead type, rollers and stencils.
The workshops, taught by Anne de Haan from the Grafisch Museum in The Netherlands and normally only available at the Museum - were a huge success. Such an inspiring day!
